Start your First Response eLearning course and master all the important academic information. You can complete this phase through self-study, at your own pace, in the convenience of your home or office.  All eLearning courses work on mobile and tablet devices too.

The next step would be to review all the missed questions with your First Response instructor in a face to face setting. You will have a chance to clear any doubts with your instructor directly. This will also be a great opportunity for your instructor to add valuable knowledge outside the eLearning course content.

The final step is to complete the practical sessions required under the supervision of your First Response instructor. Here you will apply what you have learned during your academic sessions, while learning practical lessons that can only be gained through real-world experience.
